Rename udp_connection.go to udp_fullcone.go
- Rename udp_connection.go to udp_fullcone.go for better clarity
- File implements FullCone NAT for UDP connections
- Follows naming convention where _suffix indicates implementation type
- Maintains all functionality, just improves naming semantics
